Bendall & Mednick consists of three attorneys: James W. Bendall and Kevin S. Mednick, who primarily represent clients in New York from our main office location in Schenectady, and James M. Bendall, who heads up our office in Atlanta.

I am the founding partner of Bendall & Mednick. I started my practice because I believed that I could make a difference in the lives of my clients who had suffered real injuries at the hands of someone else. I have been married to my wife Mims since 1968. We have raised two sons, Jamie and Justin.

Attorney Kevin Mednick began his career as a prosecutor and has since then handled hundreds of personal injury cases representing individuals and corporations both on the plaintiffs' and defendants' sides. His now works exclusively for people injured in accidents and by medical malpractice. He is recognized in the publication Super Lawyers of New York State.

James M. Bendall

A professional comedian and corporate speaker for more than 23 years, Jamie is a parent, spouse and busy small business owner admitted to practice law in three states (GA, MA, NY).

When not serving the needs of his legal clients, writing new material for a comedy or speaking engagement, offering informed opinions on radio or television, or managing his other business interests, Jamie can be found coaching one of his daughters' teams or volunteering in his community.

Jamie's civil trial practice is focused on serious personal injury cases in State and Federal Courts involving premises liability, products liability, wrongful death, and medical malpractice.

Jamie is registered civil mediator in the State of Georgia and has served as a negotiator and consultant for numerous media personalities on a variety of entertainment issues.

In addition to his personal and professional commitments, he serves on the Board of the Georgia Alliance for Children, the Alpharetta Youth Softball Association, and was appointed to the Alpharetta Recreation Commission in 2015 by the Mayor.
